Terms and Conditions

Our ready made and custom made bags, purses, backpacks and accessories are sewn one-at-a-time. As a handmade item it is uniquely crafted and is not exactly the same - especially the position of the print on the fabric.

Please note that when you order your custom made item from PaulJulia Designs™ it will be specially made for you to your specifications and is not returnable. We will take great care in making your custom bag to achieve the highest standard of quality we strive for. We also continue communicting with you regarding the progress of your order.

Additionally, we will complete your order within two weeks of receipt of payment and we will email/phone you when we send it together along with the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number (US shipping only).

We try to describe the features and measurments as accurately as possible and due to the nature of the handmade process, sometimes the measurements are slightly less or more e.g. 0.5" variation from the designed dimension.
