I made this bag using three fabrics. I quilted the main flap and back pocket using the dark red paisley print fabic. I used a black corduroy fabric for the outside body and strap.

The lining is made from light khaki colored fabric.

This messenger bag is truly a one of a kind - prepare for the attention and heads that will turn when you carry this gorgeous bag!

Measurements and Features:

  • Overall size: 12" Wide X 11" High X 3" Deep (The bag is modeled on a life-size mannequin standing 5' 10" tall).
  • The strap is 2 1/4" wide by 43" long end-to-end (fixed length). The strap is padded with the same batting used for the quilted flap and outside pocket and is top stitched to add strength and durability.
  • Zippered outside flap pocket approx. 6" deep with a YKK black grey zipper for closure. The flap is quilted outside and inside.
  • High quality brass colored magnetic snap fastener for front flap closure.
  • One outside pocket - quilted outside and inside. It has a hook and loop fastener for closure.
  • Six lined inside pockets and one for pen -- large enough to carry items like cell phone, pda, ipod, wallet, small notebook, etc.
  • Reinforced stitches on the upper bag.
  • "PaulJulia Designs™" label. Handmade in the USA.

Care Instructions:

  • Dry clean only. Also high pressure air can occasionally be used to clean (if available at your dry cleaning center).
  • Iron if necessary.

This bag is one of my latest creations. Like my other bags it is uniquely handcrafted by me one at a time in a smoke and pet-free environment.
