
Purchasing PaulJulia Designs™ handmade creations is easy and secure. We accept credit card payments via PayPal. You can purchase:
Ordering your handmade bag(s) at PaulJulia Designs™ is simple. Our shopping cart is designed using JavaScript so your computer must be enabled to accept the Javascript feature otherwise the cart will not function.
Step 1: If you order a ready made bag(s), select the bag you are interested and click the button under the price and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "add to cart" button. It will bring you to shopping cart page. You will see the bag ref# with price in the cart.
Step 2: If you want to continue shopping, click the "continue shopping" button and the shopping cart page will be disappear. You then continue to shop by selecting your next item and repeat Step 1.
Step 3: If you have completed your selection, please choose your tax rate/status, shipping method and check off the "agree to terms" (only required if you order a custom made bag). Then click "proceed to checkout" (if you're currently viewing the shopping cart page). If you're on the product page, scroll down and click on "view cart". This will bring your shopping cart page back. Then choose tax rate/status, shipping method and check "agree to terms" (only required if you order a custom made bag). Next, click the "proceed to checkout" button.
Step 4: You will see the secure PayPal page (which url starts with "https") with the total amount of your order. You then proceed with checkout. Follow the Paypal instructions and submit your order.
Step 5: After you submit your payment from the PayPal page, you will then be transfered to our "Thank you page". You've completed placing and paying for your order and are all set!
After I receive notification of your order from PayPal, I will email you back to reconfirm.
As for ordering our custom made bag(s), please follow the steps on the individual page of the bag category you have selected. We will also confirm via email when your payment went through together with the details and features for your custom bag(s).
Note: We use abbreviations for the names of fabrics and features of your custom order (which you will see on your shopping cart), so please jot down the name for your own reference. When we receive your order, we will email you the summary of the fabrics and features you've selected in detail to reconfirm.
You still can use our shopping cart by following a similar procedure as identified in Steps 1 and 2 above.
Step 3: When you're done shopping, please choose your tax rate/status, shipping method and check "agree to our terms" (only available if you order a custom made bag). You will see the total amount including the shipping cost and state sales tax (if you're having the order shipped to a MA address).
Step 4: Click the link below the credit cards images "click here to SHOW Mail Form...". You will see the empty form. Please fill in your full name and shipping address.
Step 5: Print the form and mail it to us at the mailing address provided on the form along with your check or money order payment payable to "PaulJulia Designs".
We will send your order within 24 to 48 hours of receipt for most money orders. For check payments, we will send your order after your check clears our bank account (usually 5 business days for non-MA banks).
For custom orders please read our terms and conditions for more details. We will usually send it within two weeks and will inform you via email when your completed item will be sent.
