Hi Julia! Bag just arrived... ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. LOVE LOVE LOVE the bag, exceeded my expectations!! I'm travelling overseas next month, and had been envisioning sashaying through the airport with this as my carry-on. Now, a dream come true! LOL. Also wanted to let you know that the ability to customize the bag really worked to my benefit -- I usually have a problem with strap length, too long straps either create this uneven momentum on the shoulder, or have me dragging the bag on the floor when I'm carrying it by hand. Received my purse today. It's very beautiful. I like it extremely well. It came out great. NICE JOB! After a testing period I will probably buy other products from you as well. It's a very efficient purse with ample compartments, great design and very lightweight. Overall, a very organized and appealing purse.
I only have this negative to say. The zippers open in *opposite directions. They both should open from the front to back while carrying. Both zippers should be drawn from the same side. Is there a reason for the opposite opening problem? Is this the way you make these or maybe you rushed the order and overlooked this. Anyway, it's livable but I would have preferred them to both open in the same direction.

One more reason I LOVE this bag! I put all my (well, my son's) things in it just as soon as I got it & I have room left to look around.
